Senior Product Manager

JazzHR is looking for a Senior Product Manager who is a strategic thinker with the drive and attention to detail to make that vision a reality in a fast-paced, SaaS environment. Based on a thorough understanding of the market, you initiate, shape, and ship product ideas that achieve product-market fit and delight customers. 

As a Product Manager at JazzHR, you will wear many hats, blending a skillset of customer-centricity, data analysis, business, technical, and organizational savvy.

  • Customer Centricity: You have a passion for understanding the problems that the customer seeks to solve and work closely with UX, customers, and stakeholders to articulate these needs and discover delightful solutions.
  • Data Analysis: You know how to obtain, analyze, and draw conclusions from quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Business: You understand the market and competitive landscape that drive product solutions and maximize business value.
  • Technical: You understand our technical stack and have experience working with Engineering to deliver solutions in an Agile environment.
  • Organizational: You’re an excellent spoken and written communicator and can serve as an internal product evangelist, influence decisions, and lead discussions working with marketing, sales, and customer success.

What you'll be doing:

  • Collect and analyze existing usage data, split-test data, and business data to measure the results of product enhancements
  • Leverage existing data to help guide complex decisions processes
  • Participate in product positioning, packaging, and pricing through the ongoing market and competitive analysis
  • Meet directly with customers and internal teams to gain insights that inform product strategy and development
  • Lead teams of UX designers, engineers, and fellow product managers to design, build, and release product features. Work with these teams to minimize technical, business, and usability risk
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to foster understanding of product value and contribute to ongoing product improvements, new product introduction processes, and go-to-market strategy
  • Understand complex tradeoffs involving features, technology, schedule, cost, pricing, packaging, and lifecycle management. Develop strong business cases.
  • Contribute to the overall product strategy and vision
  • Develop new processes and procedures that lead to improved market differentiation, customer satisfaction, speed-to-market, employee engagement, and operational efficiency

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in the digital (web and mobile) space
  • A natural sense of curiosity
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, computer science, product management, marketing, or related field
  • B2B product management experience is a plus
