Enablement Manager

JazzHR is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to expand our team with the addition of a high-energy, talented Enablement Manager. In this role, you'll work collaboratively to equip all customer-facing employees with the ability to consistently have valuable conversations with the right stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle. As the bridge between marketing, product, and sales, you'll be an expert on the JazzHR customer, what they need, and how we can help them be successful.

The ideal candidate is a 'doer' with a ferocious appetite for success who can think strategically and act tactically, loves a challenge, and is passionate about the details.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the Customer Expert – Developing intimate knowledge of our customers, who are they, how they buy, and what they care about
  • Competitive & Market Intelligence – Generating insights on the market, competitors, industry trends, and buyer needs; Being an expert on our competition and how they are positioned
  • Storytelling - Developing demand-centric product positioning, value proposition and messaging that differentiates our products in the market
  • Sales enablement – Enabling our customer-facing teams to communicate the value of our product through impactful training materials, sales collateral, and customer success stories
  • Marketing Enablement - Working collaboratively with the marketing team to  design, test and scale innovative marketing programs that drive product adoption, expansion and retention
  • Data-Driven Analysis - Defining, tracking and analyzing key metrics for feature adoption and utilization, product launches, and customer success to help optimize marketing efficiency and effectiveness

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in the B2B SaaS space
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications or similar required
  • Strong attention to detail, creative thinking and ability to thrive amidst cross-functional projects, aggressive deadlines, and consistent change
  • Exceptional written communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage expectations, opinions, and feedback from multiple stakeholders and on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to crank out copy that resonates, excites, and ignites
  • Unrelenting curiosity, initiative, and resourcefulness

 

This key position is based in either our Pittsburgh or Boston office and is not eligible for telecommuting.
